There are approximately 660,000 members in Thailand.
The Sacred Ground of Saraburi (about 160 ha / 17,222,820 sq ft) is located in the capital, Bangkok. It contains a hall which seats 20,000, an agricultural high school, model farms run according to Nature Farm principles which make use of the Effective Microorganisms (EM), and a Nature Farming training center. Many trainees from all over the world have visited and trained there.
The Thai Army had adopted Nature Farming as a form of relief work for the unemployed, to help stabilize the country.
There are many Johrei Centers throughout the country where voluntary activities are used to help rehabilitate narcotics abusers.
There are also active members both in Laos and in Cambodia.
In Sri Lanka, there are Johrei Centers in all parts of the country, including the headquarters of Gampaha with a total membership of 12,000.
There are seven Johrei Centers with around 4,500 members in Korea, and 1,600 members in China.
We also have several Johrei Centers in Australia and the Philippines whose members have taken parts in various activities.
